  • Co-authored the business strategy and internal documentation for Project Bertha — Amazon's first regional expansion model using a host/guest marketplace architecture. Defined customer, seller, and vendor journeys; coordinated requirements across 20+ teams spanning Vendor Central, Pricing, Catalog, Legal, Tax, Shipping, and Payments.
  • Wrote the technical strategy for Seller Experience in the Amazon Belgium Store — unblocking 85% of the available catalog and enabling 1,000,000+ new offers at launch in September 2022.
  • Wrote and launched the e-commerce returns experience and strategy for the Amazon South Africa / Sub-Saharan Africa Store (2022–2023), overcoming compliance regulations and significant cultural differences.
  • Managed 5+ countries (products) annually while adhering to budget, schedule, and scope, including migration strategy to a new database for a more customer-centric seller experience.
  • Identified and implemented automation improvements to release cadence, reducing effort from 1,200 weeks down to 700 weeks.
